I’m back (again)

ntl suck.
I’m back online. After a hell of a pallava with ntl. Initially ordering over the net, their website didn’t like Firefox so wouldn’t work. Then I used IE to make the order, but 3 days later I get a call saying they saw I tried to place an order online but they have no record of it – so they took the order over the phone.
Then I get 2 letters through the post, confirmation of both the internet order and the telephone one. Plus the fact the telephone one was wrong. £35 a month wrong! So I called to cancel the phone order and keep the original. After 1 day and 3 ntl workers I managed to make that happen.
Then 3 days after installation, the broadband and the TV die. No engineer for 5 days. Then on that 5th day, 2 hours before he is meant to arrive I get a call from ntl saying he can’t come. More phone time ensued and finally, another day later, an engineer is here and fixing the problem that turned out to be?
They’d cancelled the account (see paragraph 3). Apparently they must have cancelled both of my accounts *sigh*
But here’s hoping this will be ok from now on…

Hey. I shall check the MySpace. It’s not good to be on, but people make you use it.
Made yellow tag a couple weeks ago, and should be going for yellow in January. Trying to fastrack my way into some competitions. Decided I’m gonna have to start grading to progress now.
