It’s going to be a Good Year

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 TyreWell after a long time waiting, they turn up on my doorstep. Mmmm. Look nice.

I haven’t had much of a go with them yet, but 50 miles since new and they are already looking like they’re cracking up to be the best tyres ever! Well, best I’ve had – not that that’s saying much.

Grip so far is better than before, and they haven’t even bedded in yet. Definitely makes me want to explore the handling aspects of the car more, rear AntiRoll Bar, Suspension, Strut Braces etc.

So I’ll update you on how they turn out, but until then I’ll just say that they were expensive. But I think they were an excellent choice.

    I have a Skoda Fabia vRS. My guess is the smart car confused you ;-)

    (thats my girlfriends old car)

    You should see her drive. No fear ;-)

    I wouldn’t say faster than me, but then I’m a man. I wouldn’t admit it if she was ;-)

    She has a 1.25 Fiesta Zetec Ghia now. Technically twice as fast as the smart. At least twice the engine size anyway.
